7th Hill Taproom started with a simple idea: Tallahassee deserved a place where the coffee ritual and the beer culture could share the same table. No pretense. No divide between "coffee shop" and "bar." Just good drinks, honest hospitality, and a space that works for you — whether you're here to work, connect, or unwind.
Located on Apalachee Parkway, we've created a space that draws on the energy of the city and the comfort of a neighborhood staple. Our coffee is sourced with intention. Our taps are rotated with care. And our doors are always open to anyone who values a well-made drink and a place to belong.

Our cold brew is steeped 18 hours for a smooth, low-acid profile. Seasonal specials — from spiced lattes to fruit-infused cold brews — keep things interesting year-round.
